New Report Examines Health Implications, Prevention of Digital Eye Strain

A new report released by The Vision Council reveals that nearly 70 percent of U.S. adults experience digital eye strain while on devices such as computers, tablets and smartphones. Yet, almost half of adults don't know how to or have never tried to reduce their visual discomfort. The report, DigitEYEzed: The Daily Impact of Digital Screens on the Eye Health of Americans, identifies causes and symptoms, and includes recommendations to help prevent or lessen digital eye strain.
