No matter what your age or place in life,

Whether husband, child or wife,

 

On one thing we all agree...

You must preserve your ability to see!

 

And don't simply rely on what you see...

Because it may fool both you and me

 

And do not treat this casually

Get an eye exam annually  (or when suggested by your doctor)

 

Glaucoma, cataracts, degeneration

Will all be found with examination

 

Remember.....If a doctor doesn't catch your glaucoma,

Some one will have to drive you home-a

 

From East to West across the land

Everyone gets an eye exam

 

Failing to see should never be,

In a world where health is key

 

Our common goal for public health,

We all strive for visual wealth

 

You can only keep your eyes on the prize

With a healthy pair of examined eyes

 

We'll leave Chicago for different places

We'll all work in different spaces

 

We work with elderly and children too

But now we know what we must do

 

The cause is clear, our cause is right

The eye exam will save your sight!
