Member Benefits
The Vision Council serves as an umbrella for a large core of members in diverse segments of the optical industry, from family owned businesses to global companies. Membership is available to any person, firm or corporation conducting business in North America whose primary business is the manufacturing or distribution of optical products and/or services.
The Vision Council offers a wide variety of resources and tools to help our members succeed in their businesses, from research to training to industry networking events. As a voice for the supply side of the optical industry, The Vision Council serves as a liaison with consumers and provides education about the importance of vision care and the options in vision care products.
The Vision Council maintains several operating divisions to address common interests among members. Members may choose one "home" division and are welcome to participate in other divisions' activities.
