Kevin Cross
Lens Processing and Technology Division ChairmanKevin Cross began his optical career in 2003 when he was asked to lead the sales and marketing team at Northeast Lens in Newton, MA. Northeast Lens was a leading wholesale optical laboratory located in Massachusetts. Kevin helped grow Northeast Lens into the largest independent optical laboratory in New England. In 2005 Northeast Lens was acquired by Carl Zeiss Vision and Kevin stayed on working in a sales capacity with Carl Zeiss Vision until 2009. In 2009 Kevin joined Leybold Optics as the US Sales Manager for their Ophthalmic division. Kevin was responsible for leading the sales and marketing of Anti-Reflective Coating equipment throughout the US. In 2011 Kevin joined Schneider Optical Machines as the Director of Sales for North America. In this role Kevin is responsible for the sales and marketing of Schneider's full ophthalmic product line throughout North America and reports to the President of Schneider North America. Schneider Optical Machines is one of the world's leading suppliers of processing solutions to the ophthalmic and precision-optical industry.
Prior to joining the optical industry, Kevin held senior level sales positions within the finance and insurance industry.
Kevin currently resides in Massachusetts where he lives with his wife Erica and son Jack.
