Dear Valued Member,

As a member of The Vision Council you play a fundamental role in moving the optical industry forward by contributing your skills and services, voicing your opinions, and participating in initiatives and forums put on by the organization. As The Vision Council's leadership team sets out to learn more about diversity and inclusion, as well as career advancement, in our industry, we again turn to our members for help.

Please consider taking a moment to answer the survey, linked below, to provide our research team with quality data for this project. Your participation will help us reach our goal of gathering the largest representative sample of the optical industry that we can.

The Vision Council will share the survey results at our Executive Summit in January to coincide with related programming about leadership and building the right teams for the dynamic changes in our industry. Furthermore, results will establish a baseline for tracking leadership opportunities within the optical industry and will be made available to help our member companies develop programs in the future.
