‘Daytime’ Presents Back-to-School Specs and Sunnies
The Vision Council secured a kids’ back-to-school sunwear and eyewear trends segment for its Eyecessorize campaign that aired Friday, August 4th on “Daytime”, a nationally syndicated morning TV show that has an estimated audience of 97 million.
Presented by style expert Stefany Rants, the segment featured back-to-school trends for boys and girls like pops of color, classic and out-of-the-box silhouettes, and cute patterns as illustrated by product from Eyewear & Accessories Division members Kenmark Eyewear, Mondottica, OGI Eyewear, Colors in Optics and Safilo Group, as well as Sunglass & Reader Division members Babiators, Cliff Weil, Icon Eyewear and Mountain Shades. Viewers were reminded to schedule an annual eye exam with their eyecare provider for their little ones and to let their kiddos pick out a pair of fashionable frames while there. Viewers were also directed to eyecessorize.com, where hi-res imagery of the featured frames and purchasing information is available.
