President Biden Signs $1.9 Trillion COVID-19 Stimulus & Relief Measure

On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, Congress passed H.R. 1319, The American Rescue Plan Act, by a vote of 220-211. Today, Thursday, March 11, 2021, President Biden signed the legislation into law as the latest and largest bill advanced to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill provides $1.9 trillion in stimulus, emergency pandemic relief and other spending measures.
