The Vision Council is excited to extend a special invitation to EOL Committee members to participate in The Essentials of Personal Leadership Program, an elite training opportunity that will be the focus of this year's EOL retreat. This experience is tailored exclusively for EOL members and led by esteemed leadership and communication coach Gifford Booth, CEO of TAI Group. This initiative is part of the organization’s commitment to nurturing the leadership potential of emerging talent in our industry.

Here's what you can expect from this experience: 

  1. Tailored Workshops: More than 6 hours of engaging training spread across two workshops, participants will dive deep into understanding their unique values, assets, and character attributes essential for effective leadership.
  2. Expert Guidance: Facilitated by the renowned TAI Group, participants will benefit from expert guidance and personalized coaching to codify their leadership style and articulate their guiding principles.
  3. Exclusive Retreat Experience: The program kicks off with an immersive in-person workshop at the Optical Heritage Museum in Southbridge, Massachusetts, on June 10-11. From networking dinners to an exclusive museum tour, participants will engage in a collaborative and relevant experience.
  4. Networking and Community Building: Beyond the workshops, participants will have the chance to network with peers, fostering connections that will support them throughout their career journey.

To participate in this program, there is a $250 fee which covers both the in-person sessions and virtual workshop. The Vision Council is covering a substantial portion of the costs associated with the workshop. Please note that travel and accommodations for the EOL Retreat & In-Person Workshop are not covered by the fee; however, a discounted rate of $129 per night plus tax is available at The Wellsworth Hotel. EOL Retreat & In-Person Workshop
Arrivals on Monday afternoon followed by networking dinner. Workshop and museum tour completed by 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
