Member Update for Exhibitors and Non-Exhibitors from the Shows Team
Earlier this month during The Vision Council’s All-Member Meeting, we shared details on the all-new Vision Expo+ and ShopVISION experiences. With Vision Expo East a few weeks away, we wanted to share additional information on how these initiatives impact you as a member, whether you are exhibiting at Vision Expo East or are unable to join us in Orlando next month. Members are invited to join us for a member-only Q&A next Tuesday, May 18 at 2:00PM EST.

Below please find some topline information on Vision Expo+ and ShopVISION. We will dive deeper into these virtual debuts during the Q&A on May 18.
What is Vision Expo+ and ShopVISION?
Vision Expo+ is a new digital extension of the Vision Expo East experience that will be offered from June 3–5 in conjunction with Vision Expo East 2021. Powered by ShopVISION, a new B2B online sourcing platform, Vision Expo+ is free for buyers, eyecare professionals and Orlando exhibitors.
Exhibiting in Orlando? Here’s what you need to know.
All exhibitors received a login for their ShopVISION account last week. We encourage you to update your profile and showrooms prior to its official launch. Vision Expo+ will be heavily promoted to ECPs and buyers beginning May 20th with the official opening of the platform on June 3rd. Platform onboarding takes place weekly, click here to register for an onboarding on Thursday, May 20 at 12:00PM EST.
What happens after Vision Expo in Orlando?
Exhibitors can activate an annual membership and enjoy all of the features and benefits of the ShopVISION marketplace, including plans for micro-events marketed to eyecare professionals and buyers throughout the year.
Not Exhibiting in Orlando?
You may choose to activate an annual membership on the ShopVISION platform before Vision Expo in Orlando and promote your company, products and services during Vision Expo+ and throughout the year.
